Let’s just do it! We booked the DAY ONE NEXT LEVEL, the 5-day retreat on Dag Eén’s luxury catamaran, and afterwards we didn’t regret it for a second! It became a memory to treasure for a lifetime. A healthy lifestyle, engaging company, every day outdoors, on the water from sunrise to sunset. Every day brought new challenges: movement, swimming, hiking, or fitness, each one packaged in an original way by the captain himself!
All of this set against the stunning backdrop of the sea and the Ionian islands. Their catamaran, besides offering every luxury, is extremely stable and gives you the feeling of gliding over the water! Captain Patrick, a true gentleman and highly experienced, knows every beautiful spot. Even when the wind unexpectedly turned, he always found a perfect mooring or anchoring spot. A stylish beach club, a trendy restaurant, an idyllic bay with azure water and a white pebble beach, the evening sun on the mountaintops in countless pastel shades, or the chef’s prawns: every day was packed with highlights.
Throughout it all, Babette was the host of our dreams! Stylish, always positive, with an everlasting smile. By also keeping a sharp eye on our nutrition, she made sure everything we ate was clean and sharp, exactly what our bodies needed, and every so often she’d switch from health coach to masterchef, putting her own signature dishes on the table. And yes… she’s just as good-looking every single day!
For us, the trip had an extra layer: we were also there to pick up some inspiration for my own start-up about healthy living, BetterMornings(.be). Here too, we received incredibly valuable guidance. Patrick and Babette are warm people who had every detail under control, offering their guests luxury and a healthy lifestyle in a truly original way.
