Wrapped up six weeks of training with @dageen.nl . With New York in sight, the goal was to become the fittest version of myself.
I was mainly curious to see what my body could do if I gave it six weeks of full focus and pushed to improve my performance. The biggest win is feeling more energized, stronger, and noticing that habits that used to feel like a bit of a struggle now come naturally.
